Is it just me, or does it seem like the entire world is on edge on Sunday nights, just gripping onto that last bit of freedom?

Take a minute and breathe. Breathe in, and breathe out. Tomorrow will come whether you want it to or not, so I’ve included some fun factoids, tips and tricks, and movement practices that I thought you might find supportive for an easeful transition into the week.

Hearing Birdsong Can Alleviate Stress And Promote Mental Health

Several studies have shown that certain types of birdsong alleviate stress. This can be due to the cultural associations we have with different types of birds or the basic association that hearing birds signals nearby life.

This study showed lasting improvements in the mental health of people who were already considered healthy and those struggling with mental illnesses when both parties had everyday encounters with birdsong and birdlife in general.
